GRM is the Managing Contractor for the Australian Government assistance provided to East Timor (Timor-Leste) via the Public Sector Capacity Development Program (PSCDP).
The goal of the East Timor (Timor-Leste) Public Sector Capacity Development Program is:A sustainable and effective system of governance and public administration for the delivery of high quality public services.

In Mozambique, GRM will be expressing interest in a contract to provide a Management Unit to manage a Civil Society Support Mechanism (CSSM) in Mozambique. GRM is looking for governance/civil society professionals with experience working on similar projects in the region.

The project aims to improve governance and accountability for ordinary Mozambican citizens through strengthening and diversifying the engagement of Mozambican civil society organisations (CSOs) with monitoring and advocacy on governance. The mechanism is a US$13 million fund whereby CSOs will be provided with financing and technical support to undertake monitoring and advocacy activities and to develop the associated skills/expertise, technical support to strengthen CSO organisational capacity and internal governance; and a wider range of information and resources on governance. This is a DfID and Irish Aid funded project.
